David Y. Wang is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Group. His practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and electronics industries in federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a patent litigation associate at a large global law firm and a patent examiner for medical devices at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
David received his J.D. from Columbia University, M.S.E. in bioengineering, and B.S.E. in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
