The Interplay Between District Court and PTAB: Estoppels, Evidentiary, and Recovery

Director Michael D. Specht will moderate, and Directors Pauline M. Pelletier and Jonathan Tuminaro, Ph.D., will speak on the webinar “The Interplay Between District Court and PTAB: Estoppels, Evidentiary, and Recovery” on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. (EST).

In conjunction with the release of the firm’s year-in-review report, our speakers will discuss the recent cases surrounding IPR estoppels, evidentiary issues, and recovery, which notably highlight the interplay between the district court and the PTAB in which a decision in one tribunal can influence another. Additionally, the speakers will highlight their own experience regarding these issues and discuss the strategy moving forward for plaintiffs and defendants.
