Stephanie Blair is a seasoned paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Group and has over ten years of experience with federal district court and appellate litigation, as well as over seven years of experience with Patent Office litigation. Stephanie performs a wide range of tasks and projects supporting patent litigation and related proceedings at the firm.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Stephanie worked as an in-house litigation paralegal at a biotechnology company where she assisted with enforcing and defending intellectual property rights, managed current and potential litigation matters, and managed licensing obligations. Stephanie also has extensive law firm practice experience, specializing in intellectual property litigation.
Stephanie earned her B.A. in criminal justice and a minor in forensic science with a forensic psychology track from New Mexico State University. She also has a paralegal certificate from Kaplan University.
