Director Robert Greene Sterne and Yale Law School Professor Victoria Cundiff led a discussion titled “Patent Validity Challenges at the USPTO PTAB and the EU UPC Central Divisions” with her students on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
In particular, they examined the operation and performance of IPRs and PGRs at the USPTO PTAB and made a comparison to the recently enacted Stand Alone Revocation proceedings at the new EU Unified Patent Court.
