LEAP Anniversary Event

Associate Ian Soule will be a panelist in the USPTO’s “LEAP Anniversary” event on Tuesday, May 18th, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. EDT.

This event will address the development of newer practitioners, including how to gauge readiness for oral advocacy, discussions between a law firm and its client regarding these opportunities, the guardrails LEAP puts in place to accommodate newer advocates, and a judge’s perspective on advocacy by newer practitioners.
