Director Monica Riva Talley will be speaking at the 2019 AIPLA Trademark Boot Camp in Alexandria, Virginia on Thursday, June 6, 2019. Monica will be speaking on the topic of, “Developing a Filing Strategy.”
The two day bootcamp will focus on the basics of trademark law and trademark prosecution and on trademark disputes, including TTAB practice, investigations, cease-and-desist campaigns, and litigation topics.
