Teressa “Terri” Y. Clark is a client relationship liaison in Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice Group, where she assists with managing the workflow and filings for the prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. She currently supports four clients by preparing shell applications and office action replies, providing regular docket updates, ensuring that teams are following client instructions, coordinating the transfer-in of patent portfolios, and uploading docket data to client docket management systems. Terri has particular experience in working with international clients and also with tracking task-based fixed fees for patent preparation and prosecution.
Terri has more than 25 years of experience working in the Intellectual Property field, first working as a patent prosecution secretary for 20 years, then transitioning to a client relationship liaison role. Terri has been with Sterne Kessler since 1995.
