Pamela A. Mingo, Ph.D. is a patent agent in Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice Group. Her technical areas of expertise include synthetic organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Pam spent 15 years as a patent agent at an international pharmaceutical company drafting and prosecuting patent applications, carrying out due diligence reviews, developing and managing patent portfolios for commercial products, and obtaining patent term extensions.
Pam received her Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from Emory University. In addition, Pam was a postdoctoral student at The Pennsylvania State University where she conducted research in the area of organic synthesis. Pam received her B.S. in chemistry as an Honors Scholar at the University of Connecticut.
