Kimberlynn “Kimi” Seifert is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. She has experience supporting all phases of patent litigation including Hatch-Waxman litigation and matters involving microbiome-related products. Kimi also has experience working on trade secret matters.

Kimi earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as a staff editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal and was a winner of the Finnegan Intellectual Property Writing Competition. During law school, she interned at several trade organizations, focusing on intellectual property and policy issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry.

She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University, where she conducted microbiology research.

Outside of the office, Kimi enjoys boxing, Lagree fitness, baking, and spending time with her dog, Pumpkin.
