Gabriel Brown is a technical specialist in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice Group, where he assists in patent preparation and prosecution. His technical expertise includes machine learning, software systems, operating systems, and computer architecture. In particular, he has significant software development experience involving a wide range of programming languages.

Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Gabriel co-founded a company providing a cross-platform software application to promote local business events. As co-founder and lead software developer, he architected the application and wrote the software. He also worked at a commercial electronics firm, testing and repairing industrial hardware components.

Gabriel earned a B.S. in computer engineering from Boston University, where he competed on the NCAA Division I men’s tennis team. For his senior capstone, he developed a stock trading platform that applied a range of machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and reinforcement learning, trained on over twenty years of historical market data.
