Debra Bondurant is a trademark paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trademark & Brand Protection Practice. Debra brings 25 years of intellectual property experience to bear in the area of foreign and domestic trademarks, and works directly with clients, foreign counsel and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As a trademark paralegal, Debra handles trademark prosecution seamlessly and takes pride in being a disciplined and a hands-on multitasker.

Before joining Sterne Kessler, Debra provided paralegal support for attorneys at large international firms, preparing all USPTO documents for filing and working closely with foreign associates to handle all aspects of trademark prosecution, including the legalization and apostille of required foreign documents with various consulates. Debra also has experience in contested matters with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, civil litigation matters, and anti-counterfeiting matters.
