Former PTAB Vice Chief Judge Melissa Haapala Joins Sterne Kessler

Melissa Haapala was featured in The Patent Lawyer‘s coverage of her decision to join Sterne Kessler in its Electronics Practice Group. Melissa was most recently Vice Chief Administrative Patent Judge at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, where she presided over hundreds of America Invents Act (AIA) proceedings and ex parte appeals.
