Goldstein, Ph.D. was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame. In addition, the firm was recognized as the LMG Life Sciences “Patent Strategy and Management Firm of the Year,” and Eldora L. Ellison, Ph.D. was named the “Post Grant Proceedings Attorney of the Year.” These prestigious awards further underscore the firm’s contributions and successes in the intellectual property arena in the life sciences space while recognizing Sterne Kessler’s prominence at the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Earlier this year, the firm was recognized as Managing Intellectual Property’s “2017 PTAB Firm of the Year.”

Sterne Kessler was also named among the best-of-the-best by LMG Life Sciences in the categories of “Intellectual Property Boutique Firm of the Year” and “Inter-Partes Review Firm of the Year.” Goldstein and Director Gaby L. Longsworth, Ph.D. were both named as finalists in the “Patent Strategy and Management Attorney of the Year – District of Columbia” category.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Sterne Kessler has received multiple awards from LMG Life Sciences for its notable work in the industry. These recognitions come directly on the heels of Sterne Kessler’s most recent honors from the Leaders League’s International Legal Alliance Summit and Awards (ILASA) where the firm received the silver award for “Best USA IP Firm: Patent Prosecution” and “Best USA Firm: Patent Litigation.”
