Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox helped secure denial of a PTAB inter partes review petition filed against U.S. Patent No. 11,050,654 on behalf of patent owner Adaptive Spectrum and Signal Alignment, Inc. (ASSIA). With this denial, Sterne Kessler has gone five for five in helping to secure IPR institution denials for ASSIA patents, which claim innovations directed to improving wireless communication performance.
