Sterne Kessler and client Teva Pharmaceuticals were featured in Law360.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit denied Corcept’s petition for panel and en banc rehearing in Corcept Therapeutics Inc. v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., leaving intact the court’s February decision affirming a finding of noninfringement. The Federal Circuit previously upheld a district court ruling that Teva’s proposed generic version of Korlym did not infringe Corcept’s patents.

The Sterne Kessler team representing Teva included Directors John Christopher Rozendaal, Michael Joffre, Uma Everett, William Milliken, Anna Phillips, and Brady Gleason.
