The PTAB Bar Association is pleased to present a webinar on the Government’s role in Federal Circuit appeals from the PTAB. With a distinguished panel, this webinar will explore topics including how, why, and when the Government typically gets involved in appeals from the PTAB; the written and unwritten rules of the Government’s involvement; and the best practices for a practitioner to approach a situation in which the Government has intervened or is in the process of considering whether to intervene in a given case.
