LSPN North America Spring 2025

Sterne Kessler sponsored the 7th Annual LSPN North America Spring 2025 Conference, hosted by Life Sciences Intellectual Property Review in Boston, MA, May 6-7, 2025. Director Eldora Ellison served as the conference chair and delivered both the opening address and closing remarks.

On May 7th, Eldora joined Director Deirdre Wells during the roundtable discussion group session to present “Recent Developments Impacting the Interplay Between the PTAB, the ITC, and the U.S. District Courts.” The roundtable discussions allowed delegates to focus on specific topics of interest and share knowledge and opinions.
