The Anatomy of a Deal: Green Energy Licensing Basics

Director Nirav N. Desai will speak on the panel “The Anatomy of a Deal: Green Energy Licensing Basics” at the Green Energy Innovation Expo, hosted at the USPTO in Alexandria, VA on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

The Green Energy Innovation Expo is presented by AUTM, the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC), and the USPTO and will highlight the impact of green energy in the fight against climate change. This day-long summit will facilitate partnerships between businesses and federal laboratories, universities, and private-sector innovators—including government-funded startups—offering a wide range of green energy technologies for licensing, including green hydrogen, energy storage, and wind energy.
