2018 Design Conference: The Power of Design

Director Tracy-Gene G. Durkin will be moderating the “Session VIII – Muti-National Design Enforcement: The Road to Remedies” panel at INTA’s 2018 Design Conference on Tuesday, February 27th.

This session will focus on how technological advancements are making it easier, quicker, and cheaper to knock off product designs. The session will look at remedies available in several key jurisdictions for successful infringement claims, including monetary remedies, the proofs required for each and likelihood of achieving those remedies.
