Will Rodenberg is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial and Appellate Practice Group. Will’s focus is on litigating patent disputes in the federal district courts.
Will graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, Will was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Division of the Barristers’ Council, where he competed with other law schools in national moot court competitions. Will also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David J. Novak of the Eastern District of Virginia.
Prior to law school, Will received his B.A. in Philosophy, with distinction, from the University of Virginia where he participated as a student advocate for the University’s Honor Committee and Judiciary Committee, representing students accused of violating the University’s Honor Code and Student Code of Conduct.
