Tina Elsner is director of client value in Sterne Kessler’s Marketing and Business Development Department. She has 20 years of professional and consulting experience in strategic planning, client management, and project management for both for-profit and non-profit entities. In her current role, her main focus is working with clients and Sterne Kessler attorneys to develop solutions that support clients’ business needs and IP strategies using pricing, project planning, budgeting, and financial analysis tools. Tina developed the firm’s PTO litigation pricing database, and has particular expertise in budgeting for inter partes reviews and other post grant work, such as CBMs, reexams, litigations, and appeals. In addition, she supports the firm’s practice group-level strategic planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of legal project management tools and principles for the firm.

Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Tina worked as a strategy and operations consultant for large financial firms; her project management skills were developed while working on time sensitive, high-profile projects with complex change, risk, and issue management components. Tina’s experience also includes a staff role at a construction industry trade association, where she had executive-level responsibility for membership development and chapter relations.

Tina received her M.B.A. from Georgetown University and her B.A. from Smith College.
