Tiaotiao Anchondo is a patent agent in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice Group. She specializes in patent application drafting and prosecution, patent licensing, merger and acquisition IP analysis, and analytics. She has drafted over 100 patent applications and prosecuted over 500 patent applications in technologies including communications technology, radio technology, information technology, computer/wireless networks, data security, artificial intelligence, software engineering, business methods, welding technology, and mechanical designs. She has also been involved in inter partes review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in the area of telecommunications. She is versed in the art of patent searching as well as invalidity and infringement analyses.

She received her master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Lamar University. She also did PhD-level studies and research at Southern Methodist University where her research focused on developing cross-layer wireless protocols adaptive to specific environments based on historical channel variability. Tiaotiao received her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in China.
