Roberta Lam is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group.
Roberta graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she obtained her J.D. While at the James E. Rogers College of Law, Roberta competed in the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court. She has also registered copyrights for clients and filed for several trademarks under a limited recognition number with the USPTO through the College’s Intellectual Property Clinic. Roberta served as a Managing Editor on the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Prior to law school, Roberta received her B.S.E. in chemical engineering from Arizona State University. Following graduation, she has worked as a metallurgical engineer at an open-pit copper mine in southern Arizona specializing in metal extraction, metal accounting, and dewatering processes.
