Rachel K. Siskin-Lavine is a paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Group, where she performs a wide range of tasks in support of patent litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel interned at RAINN (Rape Abuse Incest National Network), where she performed crisis intervention working directly with visitors on the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline. Additionally, Rachel spent two summers interning at Kazan McClain Satterley & Greenwood, where she organized a letter-writing campaign supporting California Senate Bill 632, as well as researched and compiled data for California’s 10th District Congressional race, and the 2018 General Election. Rachel also has experience working internationally as a membership services intern at the Magistrates Association in London.
Rachel received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government (CLEG) from American University.
