M. Sivan Tobias is a paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice Group, where they perform a wide variety of activities in support of patent prosecution services and patent office litigation. Sivan provides additional support for the patent prosecution and patent office litigation activities of Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Sivan worked as a staff assistant at Peck Madigan Jones, a Congressional lobbying firm in Washington, D.C. They have additionally worked as a research assistant in the College of William & Mary government department and conducted independent research through the department’s Political Psychology and International Relations student research group.
Sivan received their B.A. from the College of William & Mary, with a double major in Chinese language & literature and government.
