Elham Dehbozorgi serves as Sterne Kessler’s general counsel. In this role, she oversees the legal affairs of the firm, including litigation, risk management, loss prevention, ethics, and compliance-related issues.

Elham serves on the firm’s Client Committee and is chair of the Ethics Committee. As the firm’s ethics advisor, she routinely provides ethics and risk management training and counsel to attorneys and staff. Additionally, she reviews and negotiates contractual agreements on behalf of the firm.

Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Elham served as a compliance and ethics attorney in the general counsel’s office of Latham & Watkins and as a conflicts attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of WilmerHale.

Elham earned a B.B.A. in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami and her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
