Keyur Parikh is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice Group. His practice currently focuses on patent prosecution and post-grant matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technologies, including: 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi radio access technologies, small cell, het-net gateway, IoT devices, security, mobile application and marketing, and e-learning systems.
Before joining Sterne Kessler, Keyur did in-house patent prosecution at a telecommunication company. Keyur also developed software at various telecommunication companies, amounting to more than 20 years of experience in technology areas like switching, networking, wireless, mobile application front-end and back-end development, java application development, and databases. Keyur has worked at telecom giants like Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent Technologies, and Tata Telecom Ltd. – a leading telecommunication company in India.
Keyur received his J.D. with distinction from Suffolk University Law School. In Spring 2017, he represented his school in the Giles S. Rich patent law moot court competition. He received his B.E. with distinction in Electronics and Communications Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Gujarat, India.
