Hannah E. Jankunis is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice Group. Hannah assists in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications.
Hannah received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of The Ohio State Technology Law Journal.
Hannah has also published on the legal implications of ANDA skinny labels through a technical analysis of the patented uses of the beta-blocker drug, carvedilol in her work entitled, Skinny without Intent to Induce.
Hannah received her B.A. in art history with concentrations in biology and chemistry at the University of Michigan, where she was a student assistant in the Medical-Surgical Unit of the University of Michigan Health System. While working within the University of Michigan Health System, Hannah gained experience with biomedical, clinical, and patient care technologies.
