Danielle L. Letting, Ph.D. is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice Group.
Danielle counsels domestic and international clients on the preparation, prosecution, and management of complex worldwide patent portfolios. She is also experienced in invalidity, noninfringement, freedom-to-operate and patentability opinions, and due diligence investigations. Specifically, she works with clients to obtain and enforce patents in areas such as biotechnology, cell and gene therapies, and pharmaceuticals. At a prior firm, Danielle was involved in litigation matters relating to antibody therapeutics.
Danielle earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, her Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.S. in biology from Ursinus College.
