Charles T. Wysocki is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on complex patent litigation and has worked on cases involving utility and design patents in the biotechnology, mechanical, and electrical engineering fields. In addition to his work in the U.S. District Courts, Charles has experience in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including inter partes review and covered business method review proceedings. He also has experience enforcing trademarks domestically and internationally.
Charles graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee. He successfully completed the Law and Business certification program through Vanderbilt and wrote an in-depth review of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s use of the Federal Rules of Evidence in contested proceedings before the Board.
Charles attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology with minors in chemistry and economics. He believes that we should all give back to the community and has served as an officer of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League for five years.
