
Ariana Randal is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. Ariana concentrates her practice on patent litigation, with a special emphasis on pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Ariana served as the Executive Submissions Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal, Membership Director for the University of Texas Board of Advocates, and Vice President of Communications for the Student Bar Association. She was also a research assistant to Professor Melissa F. Wasserman, for whom she conducted patent legal research and research regarding FDA regulation of dietary supplements.
Prior to law school, Ariana received her B.S. in Environmental Studies from Texas A&M University. She presented and received awards for her research regarding the impacts of climate change and co-authored a chapter within Envisioning Futures for Environmental and Sustainability Education published by Wagenigen Academic.
