Andy Eshbach is a paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trademark & Brand Protection Practice, where he primarily supports the prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademark applications and registrations. Previously at Sterne Kessler, Andy was a patent clerk in the Mechanical & Design Practice Group, where he supported client reporting and data management for several high-volume clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Andy worked as an operations associate for a consulting firm in Arlington, Virginia, where he primarily executed meeting arrangements, welcomed clients, and supported executive staff. Andy also worked as an administrative assistant for a staffing agency in Tysons, Virginia, where he provided front-desk support, hospitality for employees and answered phone calls.

Andy earned his paralegal certification from George Mason University. He received a B.M. and M.M. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He actively participates in orchestra, band, and small ensembles in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
