Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was an associate at a small firm in New York specializing in intellectual property law.
Thomas received his J.D. from Columbia University. There, he served as an Articles Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert W. Lehrburger of the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Thomas holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in government and engineering sciences.
