Overview
Sarahi Estrella serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Sterne Kessler. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s talent acquisition, professional development, employee relations, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives in support of the firm’s strategic goals.
Sarahi leverages three decades of experience in both law firms and corporations, developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned to business objectives. She has expertise in acquiring and retaining the best talent and overseeing continuous improvement of the employee experience and wellbeing.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Sarahi was Director of Human Resources for an intellectual property law firm and held a senior human resources role for an AmLaw 100 firm. In addition to the legal industry, she has prior experience in hospitality and consulting.
Sarahi is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators. She earned an M.A. in human resources management from Marymount University and a B.A. in communications from Michigan State University. She holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
