Overview
Colton Diges is a patent agent in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. Colton received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School. During his time in law school, he served on the Executive Board of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal as the Executive Production Editor. In addition, he was the Chief Judge of the Student Bar Association’s Supreme Court.
Prior to law school, he received his B.S. in forensic chemistry from West Virginia University. Colton’s undergraduate research in a trace evidence lab focused on modernized methods of analyzing physical pieces of evidence commonly left at crime scenes such as duct tape, plastics, and fabrics.
