Overview

Brady P. Gleason is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on complex intellectual property disputes in the pharmaceutical, mechanical and chemical engineering fields. In addition to his work in federal district courts, Brady has experience before the U.S. International Trade Commission and in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Brady began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven M. Wellner, Associate Judge, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, before serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin, United States District Judge, Southern District of West Virginia.

Brady received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property. During law school, he served as managing editor of the Catholic University Law Review, interned at the International Trade Commission, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Brady received his B.S. in biological sciences from Clemson University.
