Overview
Ashley Kim is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of patent litigation, including matters before federal district courts and the United States International Trade Commission.
Ashley received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, Ashley participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, was awarded best brief at the McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition, and studied international patent law at Bocconi University in Milan.
Prior to law school, Ashley received her B.S. in environmental science, with minors in chemistry, biology, and food studies from the University of Oregon.
