Sterne Kessler Ranked Among Top Three U.S. Law Firms for Design Patents in 2024 Toteboard

Washington, D.C. (March 12, 2025) – Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox once again has been ranked among the top three firms on the 2024 U.S. Design Patent Toteboard. Ranked #2 on this year’s list, Sterne Kessler obtained 617 U.S. design patents on behalf of clients in 2024. The firm was also ranked in the top 10 on the 2024 U.S. Utility Patent Toteboard.

The toteboards are published by the Ant-like Persistence blog by Carl Oppendahl, and rank firms according to the number of U.S. design and utility patents granted. Firms are asked to report only U.S. design and utility patents for which the firm is listed on the front page of the granted patent.
