Sterne Kessler Ranked #1 for Appellee Performance in Patexia’s CAFC Intelligence Report for Second Year in a Row

(November 3, 2025) – Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox has earned top rankings in Patexia’s 2025 CAFC Intelligence Report—a comprehensive report on the top 100 best performing and most active law firms and attorneys at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC).
