Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox Commences Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Process

Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox is pleased to announce that the firm is participating in the second iteration of Diversity Lab’s Midsize Mansfield Rule certification process. The certification period runs from September 15, 2021 to March 14, 2023.

As stated by Diversity Lab, “The overall goal of the Midsize Mansfield Rule is to increase the representation of diverse lawyers in leadership by broadening the pool of women, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and/or racial/ethnic minority lawyers who are considered for entry-level and lateral attorney job openings, leadership opportunities, equity partner promotions, and opportunities to connect with clients.”

Launched in 2020, the Midsize Mansfield Rule is adapted from the original Mansfield Rule, which concluded its fourth certification cycle in September 2021.
