(BADC) alongside the other law firm associates who coordinated Legal Aid D.C.’s 2025 Making Justice Real Campaign. The award was presented at the BADC Annual Banquet & Awards Gala on December 6, 2025.

The Associate coordinators raised $4.2 million during the Making Justice Real Campaign this year. Sterne Kessler is a proud supporter of Legal Aid DC and raised more than $53,000 during the campaign.

The BADC Young Lawyer of the Year award is presented to “an outstanding young lawyer or group of young lawyers who have demonstrated excellence in their profession and made significant contributions to the profession as a whole.” The BADC is a voluntary bar association that promotes civility, justice and collegiality among members of the legal community in Washington, D.C.
