Sterne Kessler client Shumate Engineering recently announced that it received a U.S. patent, issued as U.S. Patent No. 12,426,214, for its Hybrid-Dry/Adiabatic-Cooling (HD/AC) design, which uses a closed-loop system providing two distinct cooling flows for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers.

In its press release, the company stated, “Shumate Engineering credits its intellectual property legal team at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox for bringing the application process, which has been several years in the making, to fruition.”

The Sterne Kessler team for Shumate Engineering includes Directors Graham Phero and Ian Soule and Counsel John Higgins.
