Daniel Block, director in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice, shared his predictions for artificial intelligence in the legal space with Legaltech News.
Block commented, “I think 2026 could be the breakout year for “vibe drafting” in writing and documents. Just as “vibe coding” lets AI generate software that’s refined through natural prompts rather than line-by-line edits, vibe drafting will transform how we create briefs and documents. Instead of wrestling with every sentence, users will describe what they want and AI will iteratively shape the document into its final form—adjusting tone, structure, cites, arguments, and style through conversational guidance rather than manual rewrites.”
