Sterne Kessler successfully secured a win for client Automobili Lamborghini SpA at the Ninth Circuit where a three-judge panel affirmed a lower court’s decision that the registration of the online domain “lambo.com” was done in bad faith under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
