Hikma Asks Justices to Protect “Skinny Label” Generic Path

William Milliken, director and co-chair of Sterne Kessler’s appellate practice, spoke to Bloomberg Law on the initial arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court case Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. v. Amarin Pharma, Inc.

Milliken noted the court’s approach to the arguments presented by both parties, “It doesn’t seem like the court’s willing to accept the most strong versions of either side’s position.”
