The following directors have been named 2020 “WIPR Leaders:”

Robert Greene Sterne, a founding director of Sterne Kessler, was recognized for his extensive experience in PTAB and appellate litigation for electronics, software, and other technologies. He was also noted for writing and speaking on patent re-examinations and concurrent patent litigation.

Monica Riva Talley, leader of the Trademark & Brand Protection Practice, was regarded for her twenty years of experience in trademark counselling, portfolio management, and trademark enforcement.
