Weatherhead AI Working Group

Sterne Kessler’s Dohm Chankong will lead a discussion with the Weatherhead School of Management’s AI Working Group on how organizations are navigating one of today’s most consequential challenges: the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).

While AI enables teams to move quickly by creating new tools, workflows, and agents, rapid innovation without a shared direction can become scattered. Drawing on Sterne Kessler’s experience developing and testing its own AI solutions, Dohm will share lessons learned about balancing innovation with strategic alignment.
