Karen advised on steps to construct a robust career that accommodates life-changing events, including career breaks. The topics included building expertise, adjusting goals regularly, pursuing growth opportunities, and cultivating your network. Restarting after a break does take effort, but it’s not the same as starting from square one. This session discussed ways to prepare for the combination of careers and life events!
