Sedona Conference Working Group 10 Annual Meeting

Sterne Kessler Director Melissa Haapala spoke at the Sedona Conference Working Group 10 Annual Meeting, hosted by The Sedona Conference. Melissa participated in two panel discussions, including “Federal Courts and Administrative Agencies,” which examined the advantages and challenges of proposed new inter partes procedures and their potential impact on clients’ intellectual property strategies. She also spoke during “Voices from the Bench,” where panelists shared insights on emerging trends and developments in patent litigation.
