In the fifth session of our “Navigating the New PTAB Playing Field” series, we welcomed Director Jacqueline (Jackie) Wright Bonilla, who recently joined Sterne Kessler after more than a decade at the PTAB and in various senior positions at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Jackie most recently served as Deputy Chief Administrative Patent Judge at the PTAB and also held roles as Senior Legal Advisor to the USPTO Director and Acting Director for the USPTO’s Central Reexamination Unit (CRU).
